Overview

This is a leadership role where you will be leading a team of quota carrying SMB Account Managers (AMER) who are responsible for existing business in our Emerging Customer segment. You will be responsible for driving positive gross and net retention goals in your region and segment while driving consistent growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Sales.
  • 2+ years in account management leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales hunter approach.
  • Experience negotiating terms and closing contracts.
  • Strong storytelling and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to scale SMB sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Graduate degree or higher.
