Partner Success Manager - Remote

Overview

G2 is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive customer retention through partner collaboration, enhancing the overall customer experience and increasing the likelihood of customer renewal.

• Create a roadmap for retention partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with teams to drive adoption of integrated solutions.
• Identify barriers to adoption and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop joint success plans with partners.
• Monitor partner performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
• Collect customer feedback on integrations.
• Build rapport as a subject matter expert on G2’s integration capabilities.
• Create process documentation and training materials.
• Encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• 4+ years of tech-related sales, customer success, or partnerships experience.
• 2+ years experience in developing and scaling partnerships.
• Passion for partner ecosystems.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
