Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at G-P, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the chance to work with customers to drive retention, growth, and advocacy.

In Short

  • Manage all post-sales activity for G-P’s customers through strong onboarding and support.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key customer contacts.
  • Accountable for customer retention and minimizing churn.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Function as the “voice of the customer” to influence internal teams.
  • Support customers in projects for seamless implementation of G-P’s products.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS or HCM.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in driving account growth.
  • Experience with project management across multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable with technology and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Best-in-class communication and presentation skills.
