FreeWill’s Partner Success Operations Manager will support nonprofit partners with fundraising strategy and custom donor outreach, ensuring a superior partner experience and addressing operational challenges.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in SaaS customer success operations.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects.
