In Short

• We are looking for an ambitious Full Stack Senior Engineer who wants to make an impact at a mission-driven company.
• You will work with a low-ego, highly collaborative team and take on a high level of responsibility across many projects.
• The salary range for this role is $160,000-170,000.
• Independently own the design and development of new features.
• Drive technical initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Work on a modern stack, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities into products.
• Contribute to rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production systems for complex web applications.
• Experience leading projects on teams with multiple engineers, a product manager, and designer.
• Business-to-Business and/or Business-to-Business-to-Consumer experience preferred.
• Proficient in web architecture including React, API design, and developer tooling.
• Familiar with TypeScript, Express, SQL, observability, performance optimization.
• Exposure to AI/ML APIs, frameworks, or tools.
• Comfortable building scrappy, scalable solutions.
