In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, high-performing web applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business partners.
• Champion best practices in architecture, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Advocate for excellent user experiences, integrating strong design principles.
• Provide mentorship and support the growth of peers.
• Take initiative on technical challenges and explore new tools.
• Join a rotating on-call schedule to ensure system reliability.
• 5+ years of experience in building production-grade software.
• 3+ years of experience writing production-level React code.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).

Requirements

• Expertise in TypeScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with GraphQL and backend development using Node.js.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SQL queries.
• Proven success working 100% remote.
• Belief in creating diverse and inclusive practices.
