In Short

• Contract role for 6 months, working in EST time zone.
• Seeking experienced grant professional as a Grant Writing Subject Matter Expert.
• Will train AI models to replicate grant writing expertise.
• Evaluate AI outputs and provide feedback on quality.
• Create documentation and standards for grant writing best practices.
• Monthly retainer of $9,000.
• Not responsible for writing grants for clients.
• Work with engineers to improve AI model performance.
• Requires 7+ years of grant writing experience.
• Remote-first company, hiring in 47 states and D.C.

Requirements

• 7+ years of grant writing and proposal development experience.
• Strong evaluation and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to document standards and processes.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Passionate about nonprofit missions.
