Overview

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, can independently manage technical projects, and communicates clearly with clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.

In Short

  • Own and execute technical project outlines from start to finish.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 10/11 endpoints.
  • Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and confirm task completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support.
  • Document all work in our PSA (Halo) and RMM (NinjaRMM) systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
  • Assist with API integrations and custom workflows where applicable.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Tier 2 IT support role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Experience with Intune and device management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with PSA and RMM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
