In this role, you will be paired with a high-profile founder of a $1b+ AUM Venture Capital fund as an Executive Assistant.

In Short

• Full-time position with a high-profile founder.
• Manage the Executive's email inbox and respond on their behalf.
• Coordinate complex calendars and appointments.
• Arrange travel including flights and accommodations.
• Create and maintain a searchable knowledge base.
• Prepare and edit various documents and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Conduct research to assist in decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
• Create high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in tools like Evernote or Notion.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
