In Short

• Full-time position with a high-profile founder
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST
• Pay range: $800-$1500 monthly based on experience
• Triage the Executive's email inbox
• Maintain CRM in Airtable
• Manage complex calendars
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Create and maintain a knowledge base
• Prepare and edit presentations and reports
• Handle confidential information
