Overview

This is a critical and exciting opportunity to support the CEO during a pivotal time for SOULCHI. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in optimizing the CEO’s time and ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, communications, and projects.

In Short

  • Support the CEO with calendar and scheduling management.
  • Handle all communications and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with project management using Asana.
  • Coordinate corporate events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Act as a communication liaison.
  • Manage important documents and files.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and assist in onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Asana, and communication tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Lemslist, Apollo io, AI, CRM.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
