Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Freed, you will be the technical linchpin for sales and customer experience, helping prospects and customers understand the value of our AI products.

In Short

  • Serve as the technical expert for Freed’s sales team.
  • Deliver product demos and technical deep-dives.
  • Translate clinical use cases into product capabilities.
  • Support onboarding and configuration for new customers.
  • Ensure seamless handoff between sales and account management.
  • Develop technical collateral for sales and customer teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to evolve product messaging.
  • Act as a trusted technical voice in sales cycles.
  • Help customers understand how Freed fits into their workflows.
  • Build credibility through clear communication and technical mastery.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting.
  • Experience in SaaS and AI technologies.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for business relevance.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Energy to build and scale customer experiences.
