  • Fully own TikTok Shop P&L and achieve channel level profitability.
  • Implement scalable workflows to manage 200–300 active creators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain detailed partner scorecards for performance tracking.
  • Ensure brand safety and compliance with FTC regulations.
  • Deliver meaningful new customer growth via partnerships.
  • Ensure timely launch of partnership campaigns aligned with brand messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships or business development.
  • Strong understanding of creator and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and ROI-driven strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of brand safety and compliance standards.
