Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, and strategic account management.
  • At least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to design and execute partnership programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
  • Comfort within a lean business environment.
