In Short

  • Own the entire Freebird digital product and web ecosystem.
  • Lead the website and digital product strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Develop a conversion-optimized shopping experience.
  • Manage a high-velocity CRO experimentation program.
  • Ensure seamless and high-converting customer journeys.
  • Manage and mentor a team of CRO strategists and designers.
  • Oversee all site operations and backend ecosystem.
  • Spearhead international expansion through Shopify Markets.
  • Evaluate and implement tools for speed and scalability.
  • Drive alignment between creative, paid media, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce and digital product management.
  • Strong background in conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with UX design and customer experience.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus and site operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Experience in international market expansion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
