Director of Ecommerce - Remote

Overview

The Director of Ecommerce will manage and enhance the performance and user experience of Truewerk’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

• Develop and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee and optimize the Shopify Plus platform.
• Manage website development and operations for a seamless customer journey.
• Develop a digital merchandising strategy for enhanced product discovery.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for improved site messaging.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization efforts.
• Work with Operations on forecasting and assortment planning.
• Create insightful reporting dashboards for tracking metrics.

Requirements

• 7 - 10+ years of ecommerce management experience.
• Expertise in Shopify Plus required.
• Experience with apparel or consumer goods preferred.
• Prior roles in Digital Product Ownership or Ecommerce Management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a site roadmap.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience with digital merchandising tools.
