TRUEWERK is seeking an experienced marketplace expert to lead the strategy and execution of its business across various online platforms, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence.

In Short

• Lead marketplace strategy for Amazon and Walmart.
• Manage revenue, profitability, and operational efficiencies.

• Experience with Shopify and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
• Hybrid role with in-office presence required Tuesday-Thursday.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of ecommerce and marketplace experience.
• Proven track record in growing marketplace businesses.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
• Strong performance management and data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with third-party logistics and inventory forecasting.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Currently residing in or planning to relocate to Denver area.
