TRUEWERK is seeking a seasoned operations leader to manage fulfillment and outbound logistics for a fast-growing DTC brand, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth.

Requirements

• 6 - 8+ years in logistics or operations roles.
• 3+ years managing a 3PL relationship.
• Experience in DTC or omnichannel fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Highly analytical with a focus on improvement.
• Hands-on approach with strategic thinking.
• Willingness to relocate or reside in Denver.
