Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing direct reports.
• 3+ years in operations, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical roles.
• 3+ years in logistics or event planning in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Suite.
• Valid state driver license required.
• Experience in AI integration preferred.
