Overview

The Brand Field Representative will be responsible for building relationships in retail stores, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring merchandising standards are met for TRUEWERK's performance workwear.

In Short

• Plan and execute store visits to maintain brand standards.
• Build relationships with retail associates and shoppers.
• Conduct training sessions for store staff on TRUEWERK products.
• Gather market insights and competitor information during visits.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards.

• Travel up to 75% of the time to various retail locations.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in merchandising or selling apparel.
• Passion for the TRUEWERK brand and its products.
• Familiarity with skilled trades is preferred.
• Experience in retail display management and customer service.
• General knowledge of retail operations.
• Comfort speaking in front of groups.
• Proficiency with Apple/MacBook, Google Drive, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must live near a major airport.
