The Channel Sales Representative focuses on partnering with Grainger on selling Fluke industrial test tools to professionals across the US. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple levels of both Grainger and Fluke team members, improving sales proficiencies and contributing to Fluke’s success.

In Short

  • Based in San Antonio, Texas with travel to Chicago, Illinois.
  • Build relationships with sellers/leaders to further partnerships.
  • Advise sellers on navigating sales opportunities.
  • Learn Grainger Sales Process for consistency in sales approach.
  • Develop training focused on product knowledge.
  • Provide product samples relevant to segments.
  • Address daily challenges faced by sellers and customers.
  • Introduce product promotions and marketing materials.
  • Support teams in qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to excel in multifaceted environments.
  • Ability to connect with sales personnel and customers.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by sales achievements.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products.
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
