Overview

The Senior Key Account Manager will work with top clients in the EU, focusing on acquiring and managing key accounts in the logistics sector.

In Short

  • Acquire and develop relationships with key clients in the Czech Republic and abroad.
  • Create and implement strategies for key clients to ensure long-term growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to meet business goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (B2 or higher).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/BD/KAM, preferably in logistics.
  • Knowledge of the Czech and European logistics and e-commerce market.
  • Experience in negotiation and client management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and G Suite tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
