Senior Growth Designer - Remote

Overview

Freebird is one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in grooming, built on performance marketing and relentless innovation. We’ve scaled into a nine-figure business through high-converting funnels, bold creative, and a test-everything mentality.

We’re now looking for a Senior Growth Designer to own the design and execution of high-performing landing pages that fuel our next stage of growth.

This isn’t a traditional “UX Designer” role. We’re looking for a direct-response growth marketer in designer’s clothing — someone who deeply understands conversion psychology, offer framing, funnel archetypes, and the levers that move revenue.

In Short

• Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages across multiple formats.
• Translate direct-response principles into polished, conversion-focused experiences.
• Apply conversion psychology to maximize impact.
• Rapidly design multiple variations for A/B testing.
• Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, and media buyers.
• Partner closely with paid media, retention, and product teams.
• Work with developers and copywriters for pixel-perfect execution.
• 5+ years of experience in designing high-converting landing pages.
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology and offer framing.
• Comfort in a rapid-test, scrappy growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC/eCommerce landing pages.
• A direct-response mindset focused on driving conversions.
• Deep experience with paid traffic funnels.
• Ability to design across multiple landing page types.
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology and offer framing.
• Comfort in a rapid-test environment.
• Portfolio showcasing measurable performance outcomes.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Shopify, Figma, Webflow, or Unbounce.
