Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in motion design or animation.
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and audience segmentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience designing conversion-oriented marketing materials.
• Ability to lead design projects end-to-end.
• Skilled in storytelling and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
