Overview

The Director, Digital Experience and DTC will lead the strategy and roadmap to make drinkhint.com a highly engaging brand hub that builds awareness, generates demand, and drives revenue goals.

In Short

  • Own DTC P&L with full accountability for revenue, margin, and marketing efficiency metrics
  • Drive business performance analysis covering demand, AOV, conversion rates, ROAS and CAC
  • Lead merchandising and inventory optimization
  • Overhaul digital experience strategy to improve UX/UI and brand storytelling
  • Build and execute a data-driven experimentation roadmap
  • Run A/B tests on pricing strategies and promotional execution
  • Manage the MarTech stack and seek new tools to improve site experience
  • Overhaul and implement a new loyalty and referral program
  • Manage all tech partners and developers
  • Collaborate on retention marketing strategy for email and SMS channels

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with MarTech tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
