Business Development Manager - China - Remote

Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

In Short

• Develop the assigned territory (China) by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships.
• Engage trading professionals through various platforms to attract them as clients/partners.
• Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
• Assist in onboarding trading clients and provide excellent user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create sales/marketing content.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
• Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry preferred.
• Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade for mutual benefit.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
