Payments Specialist - Remote

Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Payments Specialist in Serbia (remote).

In Short

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information.
• Communicate with the Back Office Manager if any issues arise.
• Help to perform a timely investigation of any client requests/complaints.
• Assist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases.
• Conciliate with customers and service providers on payment issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).
• University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field.
• Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in shifts Monday-Friday from 8:00 - 16:00/ 10:00 - 18:00/ 12:00 - 20:00.
