Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit an Accountant.

In Short

• Oversee and process clients’ deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain and update CRM and platform systems with accurate financial data.
• Work closely with the Back Office Manager to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Handle client requests and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
• Assist Onboarding and Support teams with client inquiries.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams on client cases.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies with customers and service providers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or financial services preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, CRM systems, and financial platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
