Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing ongoing bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and supporting financial reporting.

In Short

• Manage ongoing bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment runs, travel expenses)
• Process and verify incoming invoices and maintain supplier data
• Clarify and reconcile main and subsidiary accounts
• Properly book and reconcile fixed assets
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (accruals, provisions, etc.)
• Organize and conduct payment transactions
• Contribute to strategic projects within accounting

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Ideally further training as a certified accountant
• Relevant work experience and solid knowledge in modern accounting
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written
