In Short

• Responsible for the entire payment operation of TripleTen in Brazil, from strategic to operational.
• Identify, negotiate, and implement new payment partners (e.g., acquirers, gateways, banks).
• Lead the integration of payment systems with internal platforms, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality.
• Directly involved in processing payments, refunds, reconciliations, and daily problem resolution.
• Structure and organize reports from different partners and transform this information into useful data for the internal system.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in payment processes and reduce delinquency and fraud failures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, acquiring, bank reconciliation, and payment processes.
• Strategic and detail-oriented profile, able to work with different teams and external partners.
• Ability to navigate between macro vision and hands-on execution fluidly.
• Analytical, organized mind, with an affinity for process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on results.
