Software Engineer, Data - Remote

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help scale our data infrastructure, optimize our data pipelines, and support decision-making across the organization.

In Short

• Join a full stack data organization of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts.
• Design, build, and operate large scale data infrastructure systems.
• Implement various ETL infrastructures for the company’s topline metrics.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and analytics.
• Work with cloud-native big data infrastructure on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Write clean and maintainable code primarily in Python.
• Advocate for new technologies that empower data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data effectively.
• Contribute to the development of machine learning models.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data infrastructure or analytics engineering roles.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL), dbt, and Airflow.
• Experience with cloud-native big data infrastructure.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code (Python).
• Previous experience in fintech or startups is a plus.
