Overview

The Remote Customer Success Representative will provide exceptional assistance to subscribers regarding service inquiries and billing of memberships for FCC sites and papers.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position
  • Assist subscribers with service inquiries and billing
  • Work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Identify product improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of subscribers’ service
  • Handle phone inquiries and address complaints
  • Assist members in troubleshooting access difficulties
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude required
  • Expected compensation: $15 - $18/hour

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong technical aptitude with computers and mobile devices
  • Experience with CRM systems and subscription management tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot online subscription issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
