• Work hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time).

• Previous customer service experience is highly desired.
• Passion for learning and tackling challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
