Overview

The Vice President, Change Management will own the enterprise-wide change management vision and strategy, working in close partnership with the SVP, Transformation and senior stakeholders to embed change as a core organizational capability.

  • Provide leadership of change governance, including assessments and stakeholder engagement.

  • Establish accountability for change outcomes and monitor adoption at scale.
  • Build organizational capacity through training and development of internal change agents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree with Master’s preferred in Business Administration or Communications.
  • 10+ years of change management experience in financial services or insurance.
  • Prior experience in management consulting, especially in transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving change across enterprise-wide programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ability to drive culture change and behavioral adoption.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Teams and change management platforms.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
