Overview

The Associate, Employee Enablement contributes to the development and maintenance of software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficiency and functionality of all employee-facing IT applications within the organization.

  • Operationalize solutions for seamless document management within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Teams and SharePoint inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage projects and tasks efficiently for timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of document management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop proficiency in technologies.
  • Experience in creating design documents and technical specifications.
  • Ability to build SharePoint pages and webparts.
  • Preferred experience as a SharePoint/Teams administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages preferred.
  • Previous experience in finance or insurance industry preferred.
