AVP, People Operations - Remote

Overview

As AVP, People Operations, you will serve as a key member of our Agile People Operations team, working in sprints, alongside cross-functional stakeholders, helping design people-first solutions in environments where clarity, structure, and empathy are critical.

• Partner with People Partners to support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead change management efforts across Agile initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic HR generalist deployed to projects like onboarding redesign.
• Act as a consultative partner to senior stakeholders.
• Provide support across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Agile team members to align system/process changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Draft or update related materials for execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR roles.
• Experience supporting organizational design and M&A people integration.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• A mindset focused on improvement and delivering people solutions.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
