• Build a full-cycle talent funnel for recruiting, training, and retention
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations
• Develop and implement curricula for onboarding
• Foster community and company culture through development programs
• Plan and execute team and company off-sites

• Leverage content marketing and social media for talent branding
• Provide industry insights and best practices

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of People Ops and/or Recruiting experience in startups
• Data-driven approach to outreach and opportunity evaluation
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on diverse perspectives
