Overview

The Vice-President of Talent Management at Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. will create and execute an integrated strategic talent management plan that aligns with organizational priorities and supports the business and its key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 25+ years of relevant experience (20+ with a Master’s).
  • Strong background in talent acquisition and management.
  • Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences preferred.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (preferably Workday).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
