Requirements

• 10+ years in product, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading a product organization at scale.
• Proven track record in modern product management practices.
• Deep experience influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with high EQ and system thinking.
• Fluency with product tools and planning systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
