In Short

  • Responsible for the successful execution of campaigns across multiple product lines.
  • Ensures advertising campaigns are implemented accurately and on time.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing deadlines.
  • Monitor and track changes in the schedule for advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborates across internal departments to fulfill contract obligations.
  • Ability to work across multiple content management platforms.
  • Daily prioritization of work based on evolving deadlines.
  • Perform quality checks of campaign set-up.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal Client Success Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 1-2 years experience in Ad Operations/Ad Scheduling.
  • Experience with BroadSign or similar Content Management Systems a plus.
  • Experience with advertising agencies or pharmaceutical marketing a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with SalesForce and/or JIRA a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem solver with proactive recommendations for resolution.
