In Short

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS.
• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions following modern software design principles.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and drive implementation of clean solutions.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning and retrospectives.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security for high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor peers and junior engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• 6+ years developing scalable, high-performance microservices.
• 6+ years designing cloud-native architectures and implementing infrastructure as code.
• 6+ years of experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
• 3+ years of Elasticsearch experience or other cloud-native search technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python 3.
