• Support the programmatic media team as an Ad Operations Specialist.
• Work closely with the director of ad operations and pre-sales team.
• Create customized media proposals using Inuvo’s targeting technology.
• Assist with campaign setup and monitor performance.
• QA campaign setups by other team members.
• Analyze campaign performance to meet client objectives.
• Actualize revenue delivery in Salesforce.
• Help with month-end revenue recognition.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, informal environment.
• 1+ years of experience in digital advertising or related fields.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in web technology, advertising, or marketing.
• Must be resourceful and able to learn quickly.
• Highly organized and proficient in Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
