Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Director, Global HR Operations & Total Rewards to manage, implement, and optimize compensation, benefits, and HR operational programs for our workforce across more than 20 countries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, especially in compensation and benefits.
• Experience in software development or technology industry.
• Global HR operations experience in the US and Europe.
• High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Radford for compensation analysis.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
