Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Director of Finance Systems & Transformation to lead the evolution of our finance technology landscape. This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring the seamless operation, enhancement, and transformation of our core financial applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems or transformation.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with Concur, Brex, and FloQast preferred.
• Proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or Master’s in Information Systems is a plus.
