Overview

The Manager/Senior Manager, Customer Service Center, Digital Banking is responsible for leading and developing teams within the Customer Service Center while maintaining high service standards and achieving performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of call center experience required.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience for Manager role; 10+ years for Sr. Manager role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have minimum internet speed of 75 Mbps download.
  • Willingness to work Saturday hours if needed.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
