Overview

The Training & Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive training for new hires in the digital banking team, facilitating orientation, and supporting training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

• Deliver training programs virtually on various topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years’ experience in a financial institution trainer role.
• 5 years’ experience in Instructional Design or similar role.
• Experience in a financial institution or consulting firm preferred.
• Proficiency with learning tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
