Overview

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support the development of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials for two key functions within the electric transmission and maintenance operations of a leading utility provider.

• Design and develop instructor-led training content.

Requirements

• Proven instructional design experience with ILT development.
• Experience with SAP in asset management or work management.
• Familiarity with utilities or energy industry operations.
• Experience in training for manufacturing or asset management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
