As a Senior Specialist in Instructional Design at JLL, you will create engaging learning experiences that support marketing initiatives and internal training programs.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in instructional design.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
