Join Aprio's Learning and Development team as an Instructional Design and Learning Program Specialist, where you will help clients maximize their opportunities through effective training and development programs.

In Short

• Conduct analyses to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Design and develop various learning experiences including virtual and in-person training.
• Serve as a producer for training sessions ensuring educational quality.
• Prepare program evaluation reports to measure impact and improve initiatives.
• Utilize the ADDIE model for training program development.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables with attention to detail.
• Coordinate training sessions and manage logistics for maximum participation.
• Collaborate with external vendors for curriculum development.
• Support the L&D annual planning process and manage multiple projects.
• Leverage various software tools to enhance training delivery.

Requirements

• Amenable to work Night shift (8:00 PM-5:00 AM PHT).
• 4+ years of experience with design tools and learning management systems.
• 4+ years of experience in event management logistics.
• 4+ years of applying the ADDIE model in training development.
• 4+ years of demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
• 4+ years of experience in creating diverse training materials.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Instructional Design Certificate from ATD is preferred.
• CLDP certification is preferred.
