Overview

As a Learning and Education Instructional Designer at PaySpace, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders.

• Design and develop comprehensive course outlines tailored to various user roles.

• Develop evaluation strategies to measure training program effectiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to support the PaySpace platform.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and passion for effective learning experiences.
• Knowledge of payroll processes or HRIS systems is preferred.
